“St Peter’s services are at 8am for Holy Communion (1662) each week, and at 11am for the usual range of services. Holy Communion is currently offered in one kind (wafers only) and brought to you in the pew.

Masks are not required to attend Church. Congregational singing is back at 11am, though we encourage members of the congregation to wear masks for singing.

From September, Church will be open each day from 9am-4pm for Private Prayer.”

Welcome to St. Peter’s Church

St Peter’s is a Church where people of all ages, from different traditions and backgrounds can investigate faith and find a Christian home. It is a place where Jesus is celebrated, known and loved and where we grow in our faith, seeking God’s face and sharing his love.

Our Mission

Our Mission is to Seek God’s face in word, sacrament, prayer and worship and to share God’s love in our community and all the other places we are involved. Four current key objectives are to; increase believers and make disciples; to grow our youth and children’s ministry; to improve our church buildings; and to encourage generous giving.
