ST. PETER'S CHURCH Seeking God's Face, sharing his love

“St Peter’s services are at 8am for Holy Communion (1662) each week, and at 11am for the usual range of services.

St Peter’s Church is open each day from 9am-4pm for Private Prayer.”

WELCOME TO ST. PETER'S CHURCH

St Peter’s is a Church where people of all ages, from different traditions and backgrounds can investigate faith and find a Christian home. It is a place where Jesus is celebrated, known and loved and where we grow in our faith, seeking God’s face and sharing his love.

Alpha!  Will be running at St Peter’s on Thursday evenings from the 22nd January 2026.
You are invited to join us from 7pm for teas/coffees and a pudding and finish at around 9pm.

Alpha is an opportunity to explore the Christian faith.  Each evening takes a different question and is designed to create conversation.  Alpha is run all around the world. No two Alpha courses look the same, but they generally have three key things in common: hospitality, a talk and good conversation.  There’s no cost, no pressure and no previous Bible-knowledge needed.  It is a space to think and discuss with others. Everyone is welcome.

We’d love you to join us – Contact for more info/to sign up: admin@stpeterswoth.org.uk or 01737 668 254.

OUR MISSION

Our Mission is to Seek God’s face in word, sacrament, prayer and worship and to share God’s love in our community and all the other places we are involved. Four current key objectives are to; increase believers and make disciples; to grow our youth and children’s ministry; to improve our church buildings; and to encourage generous giving.

SAFEGUARDING

At St Peter’s we take the protection of the children and vulnerable adults in our care very seriously.
